Delivery and Substitution policy:
Our small team hand-designs and hand-delivers each order from 10am to 6pm. We will do our best to accommodate special requests in the delivery instructions. All of our designs are made-to-order and we take a limited number of orders per day. As such, all sales are final. For more information, please read our terms of service.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to availability of flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using the freshest flowers of equal value. If any major substitutions are required for your selected arrangement, our staff will contact you to discuss other design options and flower availability.
